In addition, for areas that have been warned by specialized agencies to be at a dangerous level, it is necessary to urgently complete the evacuation before the flood situation becomes more complicated. In case people do not comply or deliberately stay in dangerous areas, the leaders of communes and wards must resolutely apply coercive measures according to regulations, in order to absolutely ensure the safety of people's lives and property.

At the same time, departments and branches also need to quickly mobilize forces and vehicles to flooded localities in Dien Dien, Dien Khanh communes, Tay Nha Trang ward... to urgently evacuate people from flooded areas to high and safe places.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee noted that the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Industry and Trade should proactively monitor, inspect, and guide units managing irrigation and hydropower reservoirs to consider regulating reservoir operations in accordance with weather developments and hydrometeorological forecasts and warnings, ensuring water storage for production, construction safety, and flood prevention in downstream areas.

Currently, the total capacity of 64 reservoirs in Khanh Hoa province has reached about 82.6% of the design capacity (621/752 million m3). Many large reservoirs such as Da Ban, Suoi Dau, Song Cai, Tra Co, Tan Giang have reached from 70% to more than 80% of the design capacity and are discharging at a flow rate of about 100 m3/second.
