The leader of Warehouse 706 gave a speech at the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Colonel Luong Ngoc Due, Head of Warehouse 706, on behalf of the leadership and command of the Warehouse, happily reported on the achievements of the Warehouse over the past 50 years and extended heartfelt greetings to the former leaders and commanders of the Warehouse, and the generations of officers, staff, and soldiers who have contributed greatly to building and developing the Warehouse, successfully fulfilling its assigned tasks; wishing them and their families good health, happiness, and continued support in building a stronger and more developed Warehouse.

The delegates reviewed the difficulties, challenges, and achievements attained during half a century of construction and development. Entering a new phase, the young generation of officers, staff, and soldiers of Warehouse 706 are determined to uphold the traditions of previous generations, strive to compete, overcome all difficulties, and resolutely build a strong, comprehensive, and exemplary unit, successfully fulfilling the objectives and targets set by the 17th Party Congress of Warehouse 706 for the 2025-2030 term.
