ANTD.VN - The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Decision No. 3584/QD-BCT revoking the liquor distribution license of GBQ Co., Ltd.

GBQ Company Limited is located in Suoi Can village, Lat commune, Lac Duong district, Lam Dong province.
Business registration number: 5800598317, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Lam Dong province, initially registered on April 24, 2008, and amended for the 11th time on August 13, 2018.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Alcohol Distribution License No. 279/GP-BCT on August 3, 2020, and subsequent amendments and supplements to License No. 279/GP-BCT dated August 3, 2020.
Because the business did not engage in the alcohol trade for 12 consecutive months as stipulated in point d, clause 1, Article 33 of Government Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP dated September 14, 2017, on alcohol business, the Ministry of Industry and Trade proceeded to revoke the aforementioned licenses.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that GBQ Co., Ltd. is responsible for fulfilling all obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to cease its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.
Within 05 working days from the date of receiving this Decision to revoke the License, GBQ Co., Ltd. must return the original Alcohol Distribution License issued to the company by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
