Ministry of Industry and Trade revokes business license of Phuoc Thanh Petroleum Private Enterprise Ministry of Industry and Trade revokes license of two alcohol distribution enterprises

In Decision No. 2748/QD-BCT dated October 17, 2024 on the revocation of the Wine Distribution License, the Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that, considering the request of LUX - VIETNAM Company Limited, at the request of the Director of the Domestic Market Department, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to revoke the Wine Distribution License of LUX - VIETNAM Company Limited.

Business registration certificate of a single-member limited liability company, business registration number: 3801265074 issued by the Department of Planning & Investment of Binh Phuoc province, first registered on December 3, 2021, first change registration issued on August 2, 2022.

Alcohol distribution license No. 429/GP-BCT dated October 6, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to LUX - VIETNAM Company Limited.

Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision to revoke the license, LUX - VIETNAM Company Limited is responsible for submitting the original copy of the Alcohol Distribution License No. 429/GP-BCT dated October 6, 2022 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

LUX - VIETNAM LLC is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.

Alcohol distribution license No. 179/GP-BCT dated May 24, 2022, Alcohol distribution license (first amendment and supplement) No. 308/GP-BCT dated August 17, 2022, Alcohol distribution license (second amendment and supplement) No. 427/GP-BCT dated October 6, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Indochina Wines & Spirits Company Limited.

Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the Decision on license revocation, Indochina Wines & Spirits Company Limited is responsible for submitting the original copies of the Wine Distribution License No. 179/GP-BCT dated May 24, 2022, Wine Distribution License (first amendment and supplement) No. 308/GP-BCT dated August 17, 2022, Wine Distribution License (second amendment and supplement) No. 427/GPBCT dated October 6, 2022 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Indochina Wines & Spirits Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its wine distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.
