Develop a team of teachers and administrators, ensuring sufficient numbers and standardized training qualifications.
Phung Chau Primary School (Phung Chau commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi ) was established in 1957. In 1979, there was a policy to merge primary and secondary schools into a single basic general education school, and since 1986 it has been separated into a primary school as it is today.
Over the past period, thanks to the attention of leaders at all levels, the close guidance of the People's Committee of Chuong My district; the Department of Education and Training; the Party Committee and People's Committee of Phung Chau commune, and especially the concern of parents; Phung Chau Primary School has continuously grown and become a shining example in teaching and learning in Chuong My district.

At Phung Chau Primary School, we observed the enthusiasm, unity, and high sense of responsibility of the school's teaching staff in educating and teaching students. Furthermore, the teachers here possess extensive experience in their professional work and class management. The majority of the teaching staff have 10 years or more of experience, possessing strong professional skills. They also have excellent moral character, are well-liked by their students, and trusted by their parents.
The school has focused on developing its teaching staff and management team, ensuring sufficient numbers, standardized training levels, a balanced structure, and improved quality according to professional standards. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the school developed a staff development plan and a school development plan for the period up to 2025 to create a roadmap for the development of teachers and students, ensuring sufficient numbers, standardized training levels, and a balanced structure.
Currently, Phung Chau Primary School has 43 teachers. Of these, 38 out of 43 are excellent teachers at the school level, achieving a rate of 88.3%. 25 out of 31 are excellent homeroom teachers at the school level, achieving a rate of 80.6%.
Furthermore, thanks to the attention of the local government, the school's facilities have been invested in and equipped to serve teaching and learning activities relatively fully, contributing to the comprehensive and stable improvement of educational quality. However, despite the improvements, the facilities still do not meet the requirements of the reform of general education; there is a shortage of classrooms, the schoolyard is cramped, and there is no sports field – this has been a long-standing concern of the school's leadership.
The teachers performed a cultural show to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th.
Overcoming difficulties, the school successfully organized the National Day for bringing children to school. Specifically, 229 out of 229 6-year-old children were enrolled in first grade, achieving 100%. Along with this, the school improved the efficiency of collecting and managing data related to universal education.
