Khuat Van Khang is one of the U23 players who went to Qatar to attend the 2023 Asian Cup with the Vietnam national team under coach Philippe Troussier.

After arriving in Qatar, U23 Vietnam will have a friendly match with U23 Jordan on April 10. Coach Hoang Anh Tuan and his team will start in Group D against U23 Kuwait on April 17, then meet U23 Malaysia on April 20 and U23 Uzbekistan on April 23.
