Checking the preparation for the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Bat Xat district

On the morning of June 21, Comrade Cao Minh Huyen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, inspected the preparations for the Launching Ceremony of the Force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in Bat Xat district.

Lao Cai is one of 12 localities nationwide selected to host the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, attended and directed by Party and State leaders. According to the plan, the launching ceremony will be held at the central square of Bat Xat district.

At the inspection, leaders of Bat Xat District Police and representatives of functional departments of the Provincial Police reported on the progress and results of preparations for the launching ceremony.

Accordingly, Bat Xat District Police advised the District People's Committee to issue a plan to implement the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level; a plan to organize the Launching Ceremony of the Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level and assign specific tasks to departments, offices, unions, and People's Committees of communes and towns to coordinate with the District Police to organize the launching ceremony to ensure the content and program.

The district police have reviewed and prepared necessary conditions to deploy and enforce the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level; developed a plan for training and fostering political , legal and professional skills for forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; coordinated with relevant units to propagate the content of the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level on mass media...

After listening to the report and directly observing the training, Colonel Cao Minh Huyen , Director of the Provincial Police, praised the sense of responsibility of the Bat Xat District Police and related units in the preparation work. At the same time, he requested the Bat Xat District Police and professional units of the Provincial Police to proactively, actively, and promptly complete the necessary conditions to serve the launching ceremony as well as ensure that the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level operate effectively. Review specific tasks, facilities; assign and deploy forces, means, and conditions associated with the responsibilities of each individual, ready for the launching ceremony to be a great success.
