The official document from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission clearly states: Recently, there have been reports and complaints that ethnic minority boarding secondary schools in mountainous districts are enrolling students in violation of regulations.
In order to ensure that the recruitment process is carried out strictly in accordance with the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests the Standing Committees of the district Party Committees of the aforementioned districts to implement a number of measures.
The District People's Committee is directed to review the implementation of the enrollment process for 6th grade in ethnic minority boarding secondary schools from the 2021-2022 school year to the present.
This includes clarifying the enrollment process, assigned enrollment quotas, number of students applying for enrollment, number of students admitted correctly, number of students admitted incorrectly, and any violations in the enrollment process (if any).
Direct the district Party Committee's Inspection Committee to conduct inspections, reviews, and strictly handle any Party organizations and Party members with shortcomings or violations (if any) in the enrollment process for grade 6 at ethnic minority boarding secondary schools; report the results to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
Previously, in November 2022 and May 2024, Tuoi Tre Online published several articles reflecting on irregularities in the admission process to Quan Hoa Ethnic Boarding Junior High School and Muong Lat Ethnic Boarding Junior High School in Thanh Hoa province.
Subsequently, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission launched an investigation into the party organization and party members involved in the recruitment process, which showed signs of violations, and imposed disciplinary measures in accordance with Party regulations.
