On the morning of October 29th, in Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province, Kien Giang Construction Investment Consulting Group Joint Stock Company (CIC Group) held a ceremony to launch the CIC Boulevard Project (Residential Road No. 2), which the company is the investor of.
The project includes 523 townhouses, of which 190 are social housing units and 333 are commercial housing units, on an area of 10.89 hectares, with a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND.

Speaking at the event, CIC Group's Deputy General Director Tran Quang Vu said that the Road No. 2 Residential Area Project had been researched and prepared for investment by CIC Group since 2018, and over 5 years have passed to complete nearly 100% of the compensation, land clearance, and site leveling work, as well as over 70% of the basic infrastructure items.
“The launch ceremony aims to introduce to the Kien Giang real estate market and our valued customers a project with complete legal documentation, including investment policy, 1/500 planning, basic design, fire safety procedures, environmental permits, and full payment of land use fees… ready to prepare for signing future housing contracts with customers. The project offers a reasonable housing price segment for customers with genuine housing needs and for investors anticipating the market recovery in 2025,” shared Tran Quang Vu, Deputy General Director of CIC Group.
The CIC Boulevard project is located right in the heart of Rach Gia City, conveniently connected to bustling neighboring areas such as Vinh Quang Ward residential area, Lo Lien Huong road residential area, and the soon-to-be-developed Bac Vinh Quang residential area.
