Kien Giang launches commercial and social housing projects with capital of over 1,000 billion VND

On the morning of October 29, in Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province, Kien Giang Construction Investment Consulting Group Joint Stock Company (CIC Group) held the launching ceremony of the CIC Boulevard Project (Residential Road No. 2) invested by the Company.

The project includes 523 townhouses, including 190 social housing units and 333 commercial housing units, on an area of ​​10.89 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND1,000 billion.

Speaking at the event, CIC Group Deputy General Director Tran Quang Vu said that the Road 2 Residential Area Project was researched and prepared for investment by CIC Group and started in 2018, taking more than 5 years to complete nearly 100% of compensation, site clearance and leveling work, as well as completing over 70% of basic infrastructure items.

“The launching ceremony aims to introduce to the Kien Giang real estate market and customers a project with full legal documents from investment policy, 1/500 planning, basic design, fire prevention and fighting procedures, environment and full payment of land use fees... ready with the necessary conditions to prepare to sign future housing contracts with customers. The project offers a reasonable housing price segment for customers with real housing needs and for investors who are anticipating the market recovery in 2025”, shared Deputy General Director of CIC Group Tran Quang Vu.

CIC Boulevard project is located right in the center of Rach Gia city, conveniently connected to neighboring bustling areas such as Vinh Quang Ward Residential Area, Lo Lien Huong Street Residential Area and Bac Vinh Quang Residential Area which is about to be deployed. At the same time, through key routes such as Lo Lien Huong, National Highway 80, Road 3-2 coastal corridor and Road No. 1, Nguyen Thai Binh in the future. With a "golden" location due to being only 800m from Rach Gia commercial center and close to important utilities such as secondary and high schools, 30/4 market, medical facilities, Bach Hoa Xanh supermarket, Wimart, ... The project not only ensures convenient transportation but also optimally serves the daily life of residents.

Perspective of CIC Boulevard Project
