In order to improve the effectiveness of crime prevention and combat and violations of the law on social order, the police force in the province has regularly promoted measures to propagate,educate and disseminate the law to raise awareness among all classes of people with diverse and rich contents and forms, suitable to the situation and characteristics of the residential area. Along with that, the police force in the province has also proactively advised the Party committees and authorities at all levels to strengthen leadership and direction in the fight against crime and maintain security and order. At the same time, closely coordinate with the authorities, agencies and enterprises to promote information, propaganda, regularly report on the situation, methods and tricks of criminals; raise people's awareness of self-protection of property, limit loopholes for criminals to take advantage of. The police force also proactively coordinated with departments, branches and organizations to launch the movement "All people protect national security", effectively promoting the strength of the masses in participating in preventing and combating crimes and social evils.

Along with that, the police force in the province has increased its forces and means, grasped the situation and areas, proactively detected conflicts and disputes early to advise and participate in timely resolution; called and warned bad elements. On the other hand, it has strengthened armed patrols, ensured security and order on key routes and areas to detect groups gathering with weapons and dangerous weapons, showing signs of committing crimes to proactively prevent and stop them. At the same time, it has done a good job of registering, managing temporary residence, temporary absence, and managing conditional business lines. The police force has also organized high-point campaigns to attack and suppress crimes; focused on fiercely fighting, eliminating and neutralizing criminal gangs and groups using dangerous weapons and dangerous weapons, thugs, protection rackets, debt collectors, gambling organizations, illegal credit activities, and interfering in the economic sector...

In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, the police force in the province detected and handled 463 cases and 975 subjects committing crimes against social order. Typically, on July 1 and 2, 2025, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police and the police of the communes of Yen Ninh, Sao Vang, and Tho Long continuously received reports from the people about a subject who was a male driving a motorbike without a license plate, masked, using a knife to threaten and rob gold necklaces, handbags, and cash. The victims in the property robbery cases were all women, and the scenes occurred on deserted roads. Immediately after the incidents, the Director and Head of the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police Department directed the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police to mobilize forces, coordinate with professional departments and police of the communes: Yen Ninh, Sao Vang, Tho Long to conduct crime scene investigations, collect evidence, and extract images from security cameras to track down the subjects. Through professional measures and propaganda and mobilization work, on July 5, 2025, subject Le Xuan Hai, born in 1982, residing in Da Nam village, Yen Phu commune, Thanh Hoa province, surrendered and confessed to all acts of causing 3 robberies in the communes: Yen Ninh, Sao Vang, Tho Long.

To prevent and combat violations of the law on social order, the police force in the province continues to promote its role, responsibility, initiative and creativity in the fight against all types of crimes. At the same time, direct professional teams to strengthen close contact with the grassroots, coordinate with the commune and ward police to do a good job of grasping the situation of the area and subjects, be proactive in investigating and solving cases; organize peak periods of attacking and suppressing crimes. In addition, step up propaganda and mobilize people to raise their vigilance, actively participate in the fight against crimes; consolidate and expand the model of "All people protecting national security", firmly build a people's security posture.
