According to the agenda of the 10th Session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on 66 items and groups of items, including: 49 draft laws, 4 resolutions related to legislative work, and 13 groups of items on socio-economic issues , the State budget, and supervision of other important matters. This session will not include question-and-answer sessions. Instead, the National Assembly will change the method of supervising the implementation of these items: the Government and relevant agencies will submit full reports, National Assembly deputies will submit written questions for the questioned parties to answer continuously, and the National Assembly will compile the reports and arrange a single session to discuss these items.

At the 10th session, the National Assembly will consider and pass many important laws and resolutions directly related to national development, such as: the Law on Cybersecurity, the Law on Deposit Insurance, the Law on Education , the Law on the Execution of Temporary Detention and Custody and Prohibition from Leaving Residence; the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations… or the National Assembly Resolution on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development, Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on some breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health, and the National Assembly Resolution stipulating some mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the organization and implementation of the Land Law…
However, what is crucial is that public opinion and voters nationwide hope that National Assembly deputies at the previous session, before "pressing the button" to approve draft laws and resolutions, will conduct discussions and contribute many insightful opinions that are relevant to reality, reflect the voice of the people, ensure the quality of legislative work, promote effectiveness and efficiency in implementation, and be consistent with the current legal system. These are all important laws and resolutions with a broad scope of application, directly impacting many areas of socio-economic life, resource and environmental management, urban and rural planning and development, etc. The approval of these laws and resolutions will contribute to removing "bottlenecks" and difficulties in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the political system, and aligning with the practical organization of the state apparatus with decentralization and delegation of power in the new era and the current two-tiered local government system.
Responding to voters' expectations, at the press conference on the agenda of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly devoted considerable time to discussing the session's contents and organizing a Conference of National Assembly Deputies working in specialized fields to discuss the issues to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval, aiming to improve and innovate the way the session is conducted. Notably, at this session, the National Assembly is promoting e-parliament and the application of artificial intelligence in all areas of operation, shifting to a "paperless" model, with all work carried out through electronic applications, demonstrating that the National Assembly is a leading body in the "digital literacy" movement.
At the same time, the session will undergo changes such as eliminating the mid-session break as before, shifting from direct questioning in the Assembly Hall to submitting questions to the responsible person for answering; and grouping closely related issues for focused, scientific, and time-saving discussion. This approach helps drafting and reviewing agencies coordinate closely, making it easier for National Assembly deputies to identify overlaps and inconsistencies between draft laws; thereby improving the efficiency of receiving feedback and perfecting legal documents…
A particularly important issue at this session, attracting significant public and voter attention, concerns personnel matters. On this issue, National Assembly deputies unanimously agree that the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is a special session, marking the completion of the National Assembly's responsibilities for the current term and its preparation for the new one. Besides legislative, supervisory, and socio-economic development policy decisions, personnel matters are a key focus.
It can be affirmed that the personnel work at this session will be a step in consolidating the apparatus at the end of the term, preparing for the 16th National Assembly term, creating a foundation for the State apparatus to operate more effectively and efficiently. And under the leadership of the Party, the unity within the political system and the consensus of the people, the personnel work will be carried out cautiously and according to procedures, contributing to strengthening the trust of voters and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the State apparatus…
The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is the final session of the term, marking the achievements of the past five years and preparing the necessary steps for a new phase. In this context, the adoption of legislative policies that are consistent with reality will be a decisive factor in promoting economic growth, improving the investment environment, encouraging innovation, enhancing the competitiveness of the economy, as well as building infrastructure and a sustainable development strategy for the country. This demonstrates the role and responsibility of the National Assembly as a bridge between the government and the people, creating a fair and transparent playing field for all segments of society.
As the country faces numerous new opportunities and challenges, making the right decisions at the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly will create a solid foundation for the country's future development, demonstrating the National Assembly's commitment to the people for a brighter future and affirming its role in leading the country into a new era.
