Signing of cooperation agreement between Provincial Tax and Agribank branches in Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh

On the afternoon of December 9, Vinh Long Provincial Tax Department held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Vinh Long, Ben Tre, and Tra Vinh branches to coordinate propaganda and support business households in digital transformation and conversion from lump-sum tax method to non-cash declaration and payment.

On the afternoon of December 9, Vinh Long Provincial Tax Department held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Vinh Long, Ben Tre, and Tra Vinh branches to coordinate propaganda and support business households in digital transformation and conversion from lump-sum tax method to non-cash declaration and payment.

According to the agreement, the Provincial Tax Department will coordinate with Agribank branches in the area to organize propaganda and popularize the process of electronic tax payment and cashless payment via the National Public Service Portal and eTax Mobile application for all business households at 12 Tax establishments.

In addition, the Tax sector provides consulting and guidance on registration, declaration, and electronic invoicing; linking bank accounts and performing non-cash transactions.

Agribank builds preferential product packages to support business households with financial needs during the conversion process; at the same time, supports eligible households to convert to an enterprise model.

Agribank also established a channel to receive information, provide technical support, quickly resolve problems for business households and assigned personnel to coordinate with 12 local tax offices to carry out tasks, ensuring full and effective implementation of assigned tasks.

Ms. Duong Mai Huong - Deputy Head of Provincial Tax Department said that the signing of the cooperation agreement marks a new step forward in the cooperative relationship between Vinh Long Provincial Tax Department and Agribank branches in Vinh Long, Ben Tre, and Tra Vinh.

This activity contributes to promoting the modernization of tax management, promoting non-cash payments, supporting business households in digital transformation, improving the quality of service to taxpayers, in line with the orientation of the Government and the Ministry of Finance on building a modern, transparent and effective public finance system.
