Disciplinary warning for Chairman of People's Committee of Don Duong district

On February 2, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Term XI, 2020-2025, held its 19th meeting. At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and disciplined Mr. Duong Duc Dai - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Don Duong District.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Mr. Duong Duc Dai violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members in performing assigned duties and tasks, violated legal regulations in leasing land and renting irrigation lakes, causing serious and difficult-to-remedy consequences, causing bad public opinion, affecting his personal reputation and the Party organization, agency, and locality where he worked.

After reviewing the content, nature, level, and consequences of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Duong Duc Dai with a warning.

At the same time, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Don Duong District Party Committee to direct the review and handling of the responsibilities of a number of Party organizations and Party members involved under its authority.
