


According to the Department of Finance's report, Task Force No. 5 is in charge of 45 off-budget projects. These projects are in many different fields such as: Health, education , tourism, tourism services. Most of the projects are facing difficulties and problems regarding: Land, investment, tax, construction, forest environment...


Of these, 6 projects have been updated into the 751 database system, including: Nguyen Kim Da Lat Commercial Center; Da Lat Resort; K'Lan Eco-tourism Project; Bao Dai - Tuyen Lam Waterfall Sightseeing and Picnic Site Investment Project; Thuan Thuan Sightseeing and Picnic Site Project; Merperle Dalat Hotel Project.


The Department of Finance also classifies projects according to progress: Projects that are well implemented and on schedule; Projects that are behind schedule due to objective reasons; Projects that are behind schedule due to the investor's subjectivity; Projects that violate legal regulations; Projects that are not implemented or are slow to implement...


At the meeting, members of Working Group No. 5 focused on discussing the methods of reviewing, classifying and synthesizing difficulties and obstacles of projects; methods of working with businesses in the process of removing difficulties and obstacles...

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan said that most of the projects managed by Task Force No. 5 are located in the old Lam Dong province and have been reviewed and difficulties have been resolved. However, after the province's merger, there have been many adjustments so the projects need to be reviewed again.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the provincial leaders are very determined and receptive in accompanying and solving difficulties for businesses. Therefore, each member must have a firm grasp of legal regulations and clearly define responsibilities to resolve difficulties appropriately. Contents requiring inter-sectoral coordination must be reported immediately to the Provincial People's Committee for timely direction.
Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, with the spirit of "doing it easy first", members of Working Group No. 5 must do it thoroughly, helping businesses quickly implement projects... When handling and recognizing problems, departments and branches must clearly define their responsibilities and notify investors of changes that will affect the implementation of projects.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that solving difficulties for investors is also solving difficulties for the government. This both avoids disadvantages for investors and causes no loss to the State.
