On the morning of August 30, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Attending the ceremony were: General Secretary, President To Lam; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man ; Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien.
Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former President Nguyen Xuan Phuc; former National Assembly Chairmen Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Vuong Dinh Hue; Politburo members, Standing members of the Secretariat, Central Party Secretaries, Vice Presidents, Deputy Prime Ministers, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, and many leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and organizations attended the memorial service.

With boundless gratitude, the Party and State leaders respectfully commemorated President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, the Hero of National Liberation, who devoted his whole life to the people and the country, leading our Party and our people to glorious victories, bringing glory to our nation and our country. The wreath of the Delegation bore the inscription “Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh.”
President Ho Chi Minh has been gone for 55 years, but his Testament is always a guiding light, illuminating our entire Party, people and army to firmly advance on the revolutionary journey.
Implementing His Testament, our entire Party, people and army strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, creating a solid foundation for even greater development achievements in the new period, soon successfully building a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, happy Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism.

Next, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument, Bac Son Street, Hanoi.
The delegation bowed in memory of the heroic martyrs - the nation's outstanding sons who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".
Also on the morning of August 30, the delegation of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense, the Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security, the Hanoi City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee... visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and laid a wreath in memory of the Heroic Martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument.
