Provincial leaders visited and presented gifts on the occasion of the Katê Festival 2023.

On the occasion of the Katê Festival 2023, on October 12th, Mr. Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited the Provincial Council of Cham and Brahman religious leaders and outstanding individuals. Accompanying him were leaders from the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; the Department of Internal Affairs; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Visiting the Council of Cham Brahman Religious Leaders of the province in Phuoc Dong 2 village, Phuoc Hau commune (Ninh Phuoc district), the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and praised the positive contributions of the Cham people to the socio -economic development of the province in recent years; and affirmed that the Party, the State, and the province always pay attention to the material and spiritual lives of the Cham people. Looking ahead, he hoped that local religious leaders would actively encourage their fellow people to help each other develop economically, strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws, preserve and promote the traditional cultural identity of the ethnic group, unite, and make positive contributions to the cause of national construction and defense.

Visiting and congratulating exemplary Cham families: Mr. Thiet Ngu, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Quang Tai and Luu Nao, former Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Chau Thanh Long, former Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; visiting the family of Comrade Dang Thi My Huong, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province and Comrade Dong Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wished the individuals and their families a warm, joyful, and happy Katê Festival; and expressed the hope that the individuals and families would continue to play their roles, encourage their fellow citizens to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity, mutual assistance, and building a more prosperous and beautiful homeland.
