At the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his pleasure to welcome Mr. Sandeep Arya and the delegation to visit. He introduced some of the province's strengths and characteristics and areas of mutual interest; emphasizing that Ninh Thuan has many advantages in terms of national infrastructure to promote the development of industry, trade, services and tourism (DL) to reach international standards. Currently, the province is prioritizing the development of renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, supporting industries, transportation and gradually forming a center for developing the capacity of industries. Regarding tourism, the province focuses on developing eco-tourism, resort tourism, adventure tourism and Cham cultural tourism. Ninh Thuan's desire is to expand cooperation, creating opportunities for businesses and investors from countries including India to come to contact, learn and invest in order to strengthen the friendly relationship for common development. Therefore, we hope that Mr. Sandeep Arya will act as a bridge to promote economic , cultural and artistic exchange and cooperation; share achievements in digital transformation, information technology, electrical and electronic industry, connect Indian enterprises to invest in Ninh Thuan and promote the creation of unique friendship products between Ninh Thuan and India.

Mr. Sandeep Arya thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome; at the same time, he expressed his impression of the socio-economic development achievements and the unique and attractive features of the culture of the ethnic communities of Ninh Thuan province. The information about the potential, strengths, and desired areas of cooperation and investment mentioned by the province during the working session, the Ambassador acknowledged and will share with Indian businesses to connect businesses of the two countries in general and with Ninh Thuan province in particular to sign and agree on cooperation and investment in areas where Ninh Thuan has strengths. Mr. Sandeep Arya also wishes to meet with the leaders of Ninh Thuan province in the economic and cultural forums between Vietnam and India in 2024 to have the opportunity to discuss in depth in specific areas; wishes Ninh Thuan to participate in the cooperation project with Indian experts in the conservation of Cham tower heritage, which has been and is being implemented in the two provinces of Quang Nam and Phu Yen; Pay attention to bringing cultural elements of the province into tourism tours to attract Indian tourists to the locality, contributing to promoting civilized and cultural connections between the two sides in the coming time.

At the end of the meeting, the Provincial Party Secretary presented the Ambassador and his wife with some brocade products of the Cham people as souvenirs and hoped that the two sides would soon realize the discussed directions. Through the Indian Ambassador, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully invited Indian businesses to Ninh Thuan to learn and invest in various fields and believed that the friendly relationship between the two sides would become increasingly close and good.
