Contract signing ceremony for construction of the Package under the project "Repairing damaged roadbed, road surface and works Km130-Km143, National Highway 34, Cao Bang province".

On August 1, 2025, Cao Bang Department of Construction held a contract signing ceremony for the construction package of the project "Repairing damaged foundation, road surface and works Km130-Km143, National Highway 34, Cao Bang province".

The contract was awarded to a consortium of three contractors: 1. First member: Cao Ha Construction Company (Address: No. 002, Be Van Dan Street, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province); 2. Second member: 118 Hanoi Joint Stock Company (Address: No. 2, Alley 75/135, Phu Dien Street, Phu Dien Ward, Hanoi City); 3. Third member: Thang Long Transportation Construction Joint Stock Company (Address: Thang Long Ecological Area, Phu Nghia Commune, Hanoi City).

Contract Information:

- Contract value: VND 46,080,220,000;

- Contract execution time: 120 days (from the date of contract signing);

- Expected commencement date: August 15, 2025.

- Expected completion date: December 15, 2025.

Investment objectives: to ensure traffic safety, improve drainage capacity, enhance operating conditions, and extend the lifespan of the structure;

Scope of the contract:

- Location: Bao Lac Commune, Cao Bang Province.

- Scope: On the existing roadbed section Km130-Km143 of National Highway 34, with roadbed width = (6.0-6.5)m and road surface width = (5.0-5.5)m, localized damage to the roadbed and surface will be repaired; the road surface will be reinforced with C16 compacted asphalt concrete, and the road shoulders will be strengthened; the drainage system and traffic safety system will be repaired to ensure suitability with the roadbed and surface after repair.

Upon completion, the project will make a significant contribution to improving the quality of transportation infrastructure on National Highway 34, promoting socio -economic development in the area.
