The bid package was assigned to a consortium of three contractors: 1. First member: Cao Ha Construction Company (Address: No. 002, Be Van Dan, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province); 2. Second member: Hanoi 118 Joint Stock Company (Address: No. 2, Alley 75/135, Phu Dien Street, Phu Dien Ward, Hanoi City); 3. Third member: Thang Long Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company (Address: Thang Long Ecological Zone, Phu Nghia Commune, Hanoi City).

Contract Information:

- Contract value: 46,080,220,000 VND;

- Package implementation time: 120 days (from the date of contract signing);

- Expected start date: August 15, 2025.

- Expected completion date: December 15, 2025.

Investment objectives: to ensure traffic safety, improve drainage capacity, enhance operating conditions and prolong the life of the project;

Scale of package implementation:

- Location: Bao Lac Commune, Cao Bang Province.

- Scale: On the existing roadbed, section Km130-Km143 of National Highway 34, Bnền = (6.0-6.5)m, Bmặt = (5.0-5.5)m, repair local damage to the roadbed and surface; reinforce the road surface with C16 dense asphalt concrete, reinforce the curb; repair the drainage system and traffic safety system to ensure compatibility with the roadbed and surface after repair.

Once completed, the project will make an important contribution to improving the quality of traffic infrastructure on National Highway 34, promoting socio -economic development in the area.
