Training to improve capacity, change awareness and thinking for staff working in new rural construction at all levels

On December 4-5, 2023, the Department of Construction of Cao Bang province coordinated with the Academy of Construction and Urban Management - Ministry of Construction to organize a training course to foster, improve capacity, and change awareness and thinking for the team of cadres working on new rural construction at all levels in 2023.

The training course has nearly 150 trainees from Departments, Branches, Districts, Cities and Communes in the province.

Training content includes 3 topics:

  (1) Establish, review and approve architectural management regulations;

  (2) Rural planning meets the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution;

(3) Mobilizing resources for rural development to meet the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.

Through the training course, the aim is to equip the staff and civil servants to advise on the implementation of new rural construction work in the province, improve their professional qualifications, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, management, operation, organization and implementation, and apply them appropriately to local realities, meeting the requirements in the current context.
