Training to enhance capacity and transform awareness and mindset for officials at all levels involved in rural development.

On December 4-5, 2023, the Department of Construction of Cao Bang province coordinated with the Academy of Construction and Urban Management - Ministry of Construction to organize a training course to foster, improve capacity, and change awareness and thinking for the team of cadres working on new rural construction at all levels in 2023.

The training course had nearly 150 participants from departments, agencies, districts, cities, and communes throughout the province.

The training content includes 3 topics:

  (1) Establish, appraise, and approve architectural management regulations;

  (2) Rural planning meets the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution;

(3) Mobilize resources for rural development to meet the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.

The training course aims to equip officials and civil servants involved in advising on and implementing the new rural development program in the province, enhance their professional skills and expertise, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, management, and organization, and ensure its application is appropriate to local realities and meets current requirements.
