Cao Bang Provincial Department of Construction held a meeting on institutional reform and drafting of legal documents in 2025.

On the morning of September 13, 2025, Mr. Luong Tuan Hung - Director of the Department of Construction of Cao Bang province chaired a working session with specialized departments under the Department on the work of inspection, review, and drafting of legal documents (QPPL) in 2025, thereby contributing to the completion of the Department's institutional reform task in 2025.

At the meeting, the specialized departments of the Department reported on the progress of reviewing and compiling a list of legal documents that need to be amended, supplemented, replaced, or repealed in 2025. Accordingly, the Department of Construction has compiled and reviewed 25 legal documents that the Department of Construction advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue , including 3 documents proposed for new issuance, 12 documents proposed for amendment or supplementation; 5 documents needing replacement; and 4 documents needing repeal, and 1 resolution of the Provincial People's Council proposing amendment or supplementation.

The documents focus on many important management areas such as: urban development – ​​housing management, construction management, transportation infrastructure, construction materials, transportation, planning – architecture, etc. Many documents need to be adjusted to ensure compliance with newly enacted laws such as the Law on Organization of Local Government in 2025, the Road Law in 2024, the Mineral Law in 2024 , and government decrees issued in 2025.

Concluding the meeting, Director of the Department of Construction Luong Tuan Hung emphasized the need for specialized departments to continue closely monitoring progress and strictly adhering to regulations on the procedures for drafting legal documents; coordinating closely with the Department of Justice and relevant agencies to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on the issuance of documents according to the plan. He also requested increased monitoring and inspection of the implementation of institutional reforms, ensuring consistency, uniformity, and effectiveness in the province's legal document system.
