Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Truong Van Lan emphasized: The peak emulation period is an opportunity for cadres and soldiers to more deeply understand the position and leadership role of the Party through the Congresses and the great historical significance of the first General Election.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity to educate patriotic traditions, foster political mettle, and absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland and the people.

With the spirit of "Training persistently, accelerating beyond limits, completing tasks excellently", the Brigade determines that each officer and soldier must build the right motivation, promote self-reliance, actively practice, strive to achieve the highest results in studying, training, combat readiness, managing weapons and equipment, building discipline, and training discipline.
In particular, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units focus on concretizing the content and realistic emulation targets, strengthening inspection, and effectively implementing political education work; strictly maintaining regular and disciplined regimes, being ready for combat; ensuring absolute safety, and strictly enforcing discipline in all activities.
