The company began testing these tools in May, granting access to a select group of advertisers in a "test playground." These tools will be available in Meta Ads Manager, and the rollout will be complete next year.

This rollout marks the first foray by the owners of Facebook and Instagram into integrating general AI technology into their products to leverage vast amounts of past data to create new content such as prose, art, and software code.
Last week, Meta announced that businesses will soon be able to use its new AI tool for business messaging on Messenger and WhatsApp to engage with customers.
Meta's AI product portfolio includes the "Llama 2" language model and an AI chatbot called Meta AI that can generate realistic text and image responses.
