The State Securities Commission has just issued a decision to administratively sanction Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company ( Da Nang City) with a total fine of more than 432 million VND.

Accordingly, Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Company was fined VND92.5 million for administrative violations in the field of securities and the securities market for failing to disclose information required to be disclosed according to regulations on separate and consolidated financial statements.

The company also did not explain the after-tax profit shifting from profit in the same period last year to loss in this period for the quarterly financial statements in 2024.
