(NLDO) - Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company violated information disclosure in the field of securities and the stock market.

The State Securities Commission has just issued a decision to administratively fine Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company ( Da Nang City) with a total fine of more than 432 million VND.

Accordingly, Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Company was fined VND92.5 million for administrative violations in the field of securities and the securities market for not disclosing information required to be disclosed according to regulations on individual and consolidated financial statements.

The company also did not explain the after-tax profit shifting from profit in the same period last year to loss in this period for quarterly financial reports in 2024.

In addition, the company was fined VND125 million for violating regulations on transactions with shareholders, business managers and related persons of subjects related to Mr. Pham Van Huy - member of the Board of Directors and General Director.

The State Securities Commission also imposed administrative sanctions on Hoa Binh Takara Joint Stock Company for violations in the field of securities and the securities market with a total fine of VND152.5 million.
