| Na Rì commune inaugurates a vocational training course in food processing for rural workers. |
Based on the results of a survey on vocational training needs, Na Rì commune has compiled and registered local workers in the following fields: food processing, forestry planting and harvesting, livestock farming and disease prevention for poultry, pigs, and aquaculture, online business, beverage mixing, etc.
Currently, the commune is offering a culinary training course for 35 students. During the course, students are equipped with knowledge of food safety and hygiene, ingredient selection and preservation, and skills in preparing traditional and modern dishes to meet market demands. In addition to theory, students also receive hands-on training under the guidance of experienced instructors, helping them improve their skills and enabling them to open their own restaurants, catering services, or work in other food establishments.
The training course not only contributes to improving the quality of rural human resources, but also helps farmer members to flexibly change careers, adapt to the process of building new rural areas and developing sustainable agricultural economy .
Funding for the vocational training course is supported by Sub-project 3, Project 5 of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2025, aiming to ensure effectiveness and practicality for rural workers.
In the coming period, Na Ri commune will continue to implement vocational training courses based on actual needs. This will contribute to improving the quality of human resources, increasing the percentage of trained workers, creating stable income, reducing the rate of poor and near-poor households, and contributing to the achievement of socio-economic development targets and tasks of the locality.
