265 trainees in Hai Phong received professional training to enhance their capacity in organizing grassroots cultural and artistic activities, meeting new requirements.

On the morning of October 10th, the Hai Phong City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibitions organized a training course on professional skills in organizing art programs and building cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level in 2025.

Attending the training course were representatives from the Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and over 265 trainees, including officials from the Cultural Affairs Department (City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibitions); representatives from the cultural and social departments of communes, wards, and special zones; and directors, deputy directors, and officials in charge of cultural and artistic movements at public service centers, cultural, sports, and media centers in the city.

During the program, Ms. Vu Pham Thanh Huong, Head of the Department of Mass Arts and Culture, Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), shared in-depth and practical knowledge on planning and organizing cultural and artistic events, staging skills, connecting various art forms in a comprehensive program, methods of mobilizing social resources, and practical experience in directing and managing cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level.

The training course aims to cultivate and enhance professional skills and practical abilities in organizing art programs and grassroots cultural activities. It provides an opportunity for grassroots cultural officials to interact, learn, and exchange practical experiences, with the goal of building an effective cultural institution system that meets the creative and cultural enjoyment needs of the people and the requirements for innovation in the content and methods of organizing cultural activities in the current period.
