Improving the capacity to organize cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level

265 students in Hai Phong received professional training and improved capacity to organize grassroots cultural and artistic activities to meet new requirements.

On the morning of October 10, the Hai Phong City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition organized a training course on skills in organizing art programs and building cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level by 2025.

Attending the training course were representatives of the Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong and more than 265 trainees who are officials of the Department of Cultural Affairs (City Center for Culture, Cinema and Exhibition); representatives of the Department of Culture and Society of communes, wards and special zones; directors, deputy directors and officials in charge of cultural and artistic movements at public career centers, cultural, sports and media centers in the city.

In the program, Ms. Vu Pham Thanh Huong, Head of the Department of Mass Culture, Department of Grassroots Culture (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) imparted in-depth and practical knowledge on planning and organizing cultural and artistic events, staging skills, connecting art forms in a comprehensive program, methods of mobilizing social resources, and practical experience in directing and managing cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level.

The training course aims to foster and improve professional skills and practical skills in organizing art programs and grassroots movement activities. It creates conditions for grassroots cultural staff to exchange, learn, and share practical experiences, aiming to build an effective cultural institutional system, meeting the people's needs for creativity and cultural enjoyment and the requirements for innovation in the content and methods of organizing cultural activities in the current period.
