Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank signed a memorandum of understanding with Vinh University

Attending the ceremony on behalf of Nam A Bank were Mr. Ha Huy Cuong - Deputy General Director of Nam A Bank and Mr. Le Anh Tu - Deputy General Director and Director of the Northern region . Also attending were the Director of Corporate and Individual Customers, leaders of Nam A Bank Nghe An branch and representatives of transaction offices and affiliated branches.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of Vinh University were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huy Bang - Principal of the school . Also attending were representatives of the Board of Directors of Vinh University, the School of Economics and affiliated faculties, departments and centers.

Before the signing ceremony, Vinh University and Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank met, discussed and worked. Accordingly, the representative of Vinh University's Board of Directors briefly introduced the establishment and development process of Vinh University; the strategic development goals of Vinh University in our country'seducation system; the mission of training, preparing human resources and scientific research of the university.

Vinh University currently has 3 affiliated schools: Pedagogy, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Economics. According to the orientation, Vinh University will have 5 member schools and strive to be in the Top 500 leading universities in Asia.

Next, the representative of Nam A Bank introduced the 31-year journey of building and developing Nam A Bank. Notably, Nam A Bank is one of the banks with strong development and transformation in system management, risk management and leading in digital technology application . Currently, Nam A Bank has successfully broken through with 150 branches and 100 ONEBANK automatic transaction points, and is permitted by the State Bank to expand its business network nationwide.

Nam A Bank also strives to be in the TOP 10 leading retail banks in Vietnam by 2025.

Previously, in the 2022-2023 school year, Nam A Bank sponsored 100 million VND for scholarships for students and communication work at Vinh University.
