Despite the context of the world situation continuing to fluctuate in a complex and unpredictable manner, accompanied by frequent natural disasters and floods, and having to carry out many key tasks and a large amount of work, thanks to the efforts of all levels, sectors, business communities and people in the province, the socio -economic situation in the province in the third quarter and in the first 9 months maintained growth momentum and achieved many positive results.
According to Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh, although the province's socio-economic situation has many positive results, the growth rate has not reached the scenario. Although there is an expectation that there will be a breakthrough in the third quarter, during this time, storms and floods occur frequently, making it very difficult to achieve.
In addition, the disbursement of capital for construction is also difficult. In fact, many commune-level localities are confused about this issue, and the handover and receipt of documents and projects face many difficulties. The budget collection situation of commune-level localities often mainly relies on land use auction sources. However, the merger of administrative units, the issuance of new land price lists, and planning adjustments have also affected this source of revenue...
Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung suggested that the whole province should focus on measures to achieve the highest growth targets and targets in 2025; especially in the production and business sectors that still have room. Continue to manage and operate the budget revenue and expenditure strictly and effectively; strive to achieve the budget revenue target of 26,000 billion VND; spend the budget economically and effectively, and prioritize resources for tasks to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
