The first episode of the Well-being - A Journey to Health and Well-being podcast recently aired, featuring "bestselling author" Anh Khang, Dr. Ngo Thi Ngoc Van (Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology Department), and MSc. Dr. Nguyen Hien Minh (Deputy Head of the Vaccination Unit, University Medical Center of Ho Chi Minh City).

This episode covers topics of widespread interest, such as skincare, beauty trends, and information about vaccines for infectious diseases.

It is known that the next episodes of "Journey to Health and Well-being" will share many practical ways to take care of mental health along with advice for a healthy and peaceful Lunar New Year celebration.
