Thai Thinh Primary School (Dong Da Ward, Hanoi) has just posted a letter of apology to parents and students for publicly displaying the list of students with difficult circumstances on the screen at the opening ceremony on the morning of September 5 in front of all students, parents and guests.

The apology letter was posted on the school's fanpage on September 6.
