(NLĐO) - A group of children aged 11 to 12 allegedly conspired to make firecrackers using matches, but unfortunately, they exploded, causing them numerous injuries.
On the morning of December 15th, the police in Krông Năng district, Đắk Lắk province, were continuing to investigate the case of a group of children who were injured, suspected to be due to the making of firecrackers.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of December 14th in Krông Năng district, Đắk Lắk province. A video clip shared on social media, recorded by a security camera, shows two of the three children with bloodied faces, clutching their injured arms, crying desperately as they run for help. Upon discovering the incident, a woman rushed into her house, grabbed her motorbike, and took the two children to the hospital for emergency treatment.
"Watching it again, I'm still shaken. The two kids ran in screaming, 'Sister, save me!', their faces covered in blood, their fingers torn, their white shirts ripped... It's the end of the year, so all families should be careful and warn their children not to play with matches or firecrackers, it's very dangerous to their lives," - the account that posted the clip stated.
A leader from the Krong Nang District Health Center said that on the afternoon of December 14th, the center received three children aged 11 to 12 who were injured, suspected of using matches to make firecrackers. The three children were admitted with multiple injuries, numerous shards of glass embedded in their bodies, and one child had a crushed finger. After initial treatment, the center transferred them to the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital for emergency care and treatment.
Information from the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital indicates that the hospital received three young children with multiple injuries. One child required hand surgery, another sustained eye and soft tissue injuries, and the third suffered injuries to their arms, legs, and abdomen. Doctors are currently monitoring and treating the children.
