At the conference, representatives of the City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations deployed a number of important contents in organizing the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of communes, wards and special zones, term 2025 - 2030. These are the organization of the congress, the structure of delegates attending the congress; guidance on building political reports, review reports; building discussion and exchange reports, giving comments on documents, giving comments on the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; consulting or appointing delegations to attend the City-level Congress...

Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune level will be held after the Party Congress at the same level, and will be completed before September 30. The Congress of socio-political organizations will be held immediately after the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the same level, and will be completed in October 2025.

Concluding the conference, comrade Truong Thi Bich Hanh requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the city's socio-political organizations to soon complete the system of documents: draft documents, political reports, scripts, congress programs of each organization; guidance on personnel structure... so that localities can organize congresses in accordance with the instructions.

Documents submitted to the congress need to be thoroughly discussed and widely consulted within the Front system, socio-political organizations, member organizations and all classes of people, in order to promote intelligence and responsibility to contribute to creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of the Front system at all levels in the new era.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has also established eight working groups to help localities organize the congress.

In order to ensure solemnity and avoid waste, especially in the context that the whole country is focusing on overcoming the consequences of floods in the mountainous provinces, the Northern midlands and the North Central; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the units do not organize art programs to welcome the congress, do not accept congratulatory flowers for the congress from collectives and individuals; only arrange congratulatory flowers for the congress of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee at the same level (for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress) and of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level (for the congress of socio-political organizations).

At the same time, encourage units and individuals to convert the form of congratulating the congress into donations and contributions to the local Fund for the Poor, supporting the Cuban people according to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society .
