On the evening of August 4th, the Vietnam Disability Fashion Show 2025, themed "The Shape of Will," took place at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum. The two ambassadors for the program were Miss Vietnam 2024 Ha Truc Linh and speaker Nguyen Son Lam.

This event, held for the first time in Vietnam, is not only for the disabled community but also serves as a stage for inclusion, where fashion becomes a language connecting hearts and beliefs in a more humane society.

The models confidently showcased five collections designed to suit their individual figures and personalities.

Designer Ngo Diem Huong - founder and head of the organizing committee of the program - shared: "I'm not building a fashion show. I'm building a humane journey, and each outfit is a dream, each step on the catwalk is a statement of life - even if those feet tremble, even if the heel of the shoe breaks. I understand this path will not be easy. But I believe that if each of us lights a fire together, a sky will be illuminated."

Alongside the fashion shows were performances by guest singers People's Artist Thanh Lam and singer Thai Thuy Linh. Performing two songs simultaneously , "Let the Wind Carry It Away" and "Oh, Barefoot Girl," singer Thanh Lam was at times overcome with emotion. The artist stated that this was a special stage for her because she saw many disabled people with incredibly strong willpower.

At the event, the organizers also launched the "Kindness Fashion Wardrobe" project, which includes a series of practical activities aimed at people with disabilities, such as building clothing wardrobes for people with disabilities at vocational training centers, disability associations, and schools; campaigning for donations of recycled fabrics; and calling for the design of suitable clothing for people with disabilities.
