At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee implemented the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Ho Van Mung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Nha Trang City Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Nha Trang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On behalf of the Central Organizing Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Do Trong Hung congratulated Mr. Ho Van Mung on his new assignment; affirming that this is the Central Committee's recognition and appreciation of him.

Mr. Do Trong Hung suggested that in his new position, Mr. Ho Van Mung will inherit and promote the traditions and experiences of his predecessors, listen to the opinions of the people, closely follow the grassroots; wholeheartedly, wholeheartedly, innovate thinking and working methods, and unite with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Executive Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th An Giang Provincial Party Congress. In the immediate future, we will focus on leading and directing the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th An Giang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Mr. Do Trong Hung also requested that the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, and leaders at all levels, sectors, and localities of An Giang province pay attention, coordinate, and create favorable conditions for Mr. Ho Van Mung to best fulfill his assigned tasks and responsibilities. At the same time, he requested that the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee continue to uphold the responsibility of leading the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation to organize the Provincial People's Council session to elect the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring principles, procedures, regulations, and achieving the highest results.

Mr. Ho Van Mung promised to continuously study, practice, be open-minded, listen, be dedicated, maintain discipline, especially solidarity and unity within the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, promote the achievements of previous generations and senior leaders, constantly innovate, be creative, and be determined to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Mr. Ho Van Mung, born in 1977, from Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa; has a degree in Advanced Political Theory, Master of Economic Management, Bachelor of Science majoring in Foreign Languages.

From August 2021 to present, Mr. Ho Van Mung has been an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
