On November 9, Pham Quynh Anh officially released the EP Loi Hoi Dap 2008 , which includes 4 compositions by musician Hamlet Truong. This is also a project marking the 15-year journey of musical association between Pham Quynh Anh and Hamlet Truong.

In particular, the four new songs from the 2008 Reply EP are also the second parts of some of the hit songs that were popular in Pham Quynh Anh's singing career: "Wrong of wrong is not right" (All will replace you 2), "Where are you, my love?" (The further away, the more I miss you 2 ), "They ask me to let go" (Noble love 2) , and "Say it and go" (bonus track).

In the 2008 EP Loi Hanh Dap , the song Nguoi ta xin em chuyen tay ( Noble Love 2 ) was sung live by Pham Quynh Anh in a show in Da Lat, receiving many positive responses, and the audience was looking forward to the audio version.
