The National Assembly Chairman expressed his wish that Ba Ria-Vung Tau province would soon implement the cooperation plan, and the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Parliament shared his wish that Rostov province would soon coordinate with Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. The National Assembly Chairman stated that the Vietnamese National Assembly supports the comprehensive cooperation between Rostov province and Ba Ria-Vung Tau province as well as other localities of Vietnam. The National Assembly Chairman also hoped that Governor Vasily Golubev and the leaders of Rostov province would continue to pay attention and create conditions for the local Vietnamese community to promote their role as a bridge, contributing to strengthening the cooperation between Rostov province and localities of Vietnam in particular and between the two countries in general. The National Assembly Chairman congratulated the Russian Federation on its comprehensive and important achievements and results in recent times, ensuring political and social stability, economic development, and enhancing its position in the international arena.
