DTO - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the project to implement the construction of a smart hospital model, with the Department of Health as the investor. The investment objective is to apply electronic medical records at two major general hospitals in the province, helping to create motivation and a basic foundation for the two hospitals to move towards implementing smart medical services and utilities for people in the province. At the same time, it meets the requirements for implementing the application of electronic medical records according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health .
Dong Thap General Hospital - one of two hospitals invested in the project to implement the construction of a smart hospital model
Project implementation location: Dong Thap General Hospital (My Tan Commune, Cao Lanh City) and Sa Dec General Hospital (Ward 2, Sa Dec City). The total investment of the project is 20,505 billion VND. The project implementation period is from 2024 - 2025.
The scale of investment includes: investing in 1 electronic medical record application software deployed at Dong Thap General Hospital and Sa Dec General Hospital meeting the advanced criteria according to the assessment criteria set in Circular No. 54/2017/TT-BYT and meeting the technical standards in Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BYT dated December 28, 2018 of the Minister of Health regulating electronic medical records to deploy the construction of a smart hospital model.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the feasibility study report of the project on implementing the construction of a smart hospital model and submit it to the competent authority to decide on project investment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment and related laws.
