With extensive preparation of goods and an increasingly sophisticated logistics system, this year's festival achieved impressive results.
Shopee set a new record with total savings for users reaching 2.3 trillion VND. In particular, the "Zero Shipping Fee" program helped consumers save up to 912 billion VND, demonstrating the appeal of free shipping. It is estimated that over 1.2 billion products were sold with zero shipping fees during the event.
The top-selling products are skincare cosmetics, makeup, and household cleaning products, with order volumes increasing 6-7 times compared to normal days.
TikTok Shop also recorded remarkable results in its "Unbeatable 11-11 Sale" campaign, with nearly 200,000 orders sold within 14 hours. The three most popular products on the bestseller list were Cocoon winter melon makeup remover, Judydoll eyeshadow palette, and Joykity laundry detergent.
Beyond simply increasing discounts, free shipping, and valuable gifts, these platforms are also introducing entirely new forms of livestreaming.
Shopee, for the first time, organized a mini-concert and fan meeting via livestream featuring top stars, combined with unique offers. Similarly, TikTok Shop held its first Mega livestream on Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, combining online and offline formats, led by a leading sales expert.
During the same period, TikTok's program on 9-11 exceeded its target with a 163% increase in sales, attracting nearly 2,000 local sellers to participate.

According to representatives of the platform, the health and beauty sectors recorded sales growth of over 250%, notably with brands such as Nam Nung herbal shampoo, An Moc An jewelry and wood products, and Dien Bien specialty Sung Bau.
Among the top 5 best-selling brands on Shopee , Vinamilk and Cocoon are both from Vietnam. With soaring sales, livestream selling sessions are no longer just a trend but have become a reality in everyday life.
Mr. Tran Tuan Anh, CEO of Shopee Vietnam, commented that the 11-11 mega sale not only offers great deals but also introduces unique livestreaming formats, helping to increase traffic and optimize conversion rates for sellers. This is a stepping stone for brands to get closer to consumers during the year-end holiday season.
Recently, the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) also established the KOL/KOC (Key Opinion Leader/Key Opinion Leader) Chapter as an indispensable part of e-commerce.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung, chairman of VECOM, said that previously the association only admitted corporate members. However, the community of sellers on the platform is now very large, affirming the sales role and boosting sales of individuals and celebrities—whom we still call "sales warriors" or "sales experts."
The association will serve as a platform to build a network of content creators to support businesses in promoting their products professionally and effectively. It will also help to increase control over unqualified KOLs/KOCs, limiting the sale of low-quality goods.
