On the afternoon of August 22, a delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Huong, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, visited and presented gifts to female party members with 55 years of Party membership or more in Sam Son City.
Vice President of Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Minh Huong and leaders of the Women's Union of Sam Son province and city presented gifts to Ms. Trinh Thi Chon, Trung Son ward.
During the working program in Thanh Hoa , the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union visited and presented gifts to 5 elderly female party members with 55 years of Party membership or more, including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Chot, Tai Loc quarter; Nguyen Thi San, Son Hai quarter; Nguyen Thi Soi, Vinh Thanh quarter; Trinh Thi Chon, Hoan Kinh quarter, Trung Son ward and Do Thi Du, Khanh Son quarter, Bac Son ward.
Female party members must be at least 77 years old and at most 90 years old; Party membership must be at least 55 years old and at most 68 years old.
The delegation gave gifts to Ms. Do Thi Du, Bac Son ward.
At the places visited, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Minh Huong inquired about the health and life of the female party members and presented gifts and cash to them. At the same time, she hoped that the female party members would continue to contribute to women's work in the locality, share experiences, inspire women and always be shining examples for the younger generation to follow. This is an activity of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union to show gratitude to veteran female party members on the occasion of National Day September 2 and to encourage and motivate the spirit of grandmothers and mothers to continue to live happily and healthily as a support for their children and grandchildren; at the same time,educate the tradition of patriotism for cadres, members and women to strive to join the Party.
