Tay Mo Ward gives gifts and shows gratitude to those with meritorious services

Speaking at the event, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Tay Mo Ward People's Council Hoang Thi Thuy Hang expressed her gratitude to war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' families and people with revolutionary contributions in the ward.

Secretary of the Tay Mo Ward Party Committee Hoang Thi Thuy Hang said that since the beginning of July 2025, with funding from the "Repaying gratitude" Fund and socialization, activities to show gratitude to heroic martyrs and meritorious people in the ward have been carried out by the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Mo Ward. Tay Mo Ward has organized a program to examine, consult and provide free medicine to 163 policy beneficiaries and meritorious people; organized 5 delegations to visit and give gifts directly to 10 policy families in the area; organized decoration and candle lighting in gratitude at the martyrs' cemetery...

“At today’s event, the ward organized a direct gift giving ceremony to 153 war invalids, sick soldiers, resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals and representatives of martyrs’ relatives. In addition, 188 gifts were transferred to residential groups to be handed to representatives of families worshiping martyrs. These are practical activities, continuing the tradition and morality of “When drinking water, remember its source” of our nation, demonstrating the consensus and determination of the entire political system in the context of the new 2-level local government model coming into operation”, emphasized comrade Hoang Thi Thuy Hang.
