Regularly reviewed, developed, and adjusted the system of operational documents and plans to respond to fire and explosion prevention, storm and flood prevention, and natural disaster mitigation in accordance with instructions, closely following the local situation and assigned tasks; grasped the political security situation, social order and safety in the area, weather and natural disaster developments, promptly advised the locality and coordinated with functional forces to effectively handle situations.
