Traffic accidents involving freight vehicles still occur frequently and account for a high percentage, concentrated on national highways, provincial roads, routes leading to construction material and mineral mining areas, beltways, gateways to large cities, densely populated urban areas, and areas with many factories and enterprises.

The behaviors that will be handled include: transporting goods that are overloaded, oversized, or have their trunks extended; violating alcohol, drug, or speed limits; driving on the wrong side of the road or lane; entering the emergency lane on the highway; illegally overtaking; entering prohibited roads or during prohibited hours; driving in the wrong direction; not turning on headlights as prescribed; changing direction without signaling; not obeying traffic light signals; using phones or electronic devices while driving.
