Quang Nam changed the purpose of forest use to another purpose to implement the Project of Investment, Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Tam Thang Industrial Park Expansion with a total area of 16.9 hectares of planted forest.
Quang Nam province is changing the land use purpose of nearly 17 hectares of forest to expand the Tam Thang Industrial Park.
Quang Nam changed the purpose of forest use to another purpose to implement the Project of Investment, Construction and Business of Infrastructure of Tam Thang Industrial Park Expansion with a total area of 16.9 hectares of planted forest.
Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee has just decided to change the purpose of forest use to another purpose to implement the Project of Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Tam Thang Industrial Park expansion with a total area of 16.9 hectares of planted forest (belonging to the protection forest planning according to Decision No. 2462/QD-UBND dated August 9, 2013 of the Provincial People's Committee approving the Forest Protection and Development Planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2011 - 2020). Accordingly, the location is at Lot 4, 5, 18, compartment 1, outside sub-area 75, Binh Nam commune, Thang Binh district.
The People's Committee of Quang Nam province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to guide and inspect the exploitation of planted forest wood in the cleared area for the construction of the Tam Thang Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project in accordance with the correct location and boundary of the forest where the purpose of forest use has been changed.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will take the lead in advising on and resolving land-related issues to implement the Tam Thang Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to guide the People's Committee of Thang Binh district to prepare dossiers and procedures for recovering state assets for planted forest trees within the forest area with changed use purposes in accordance with the provisions of law.
The People's Committee of Thang Binh district shall base on the actual status of forests and forest quality at locations where forest use purposes have been changed to develop a plan to recover State assets for salvaged timber trees located within the boundaries of planted forests that have been changed to forest use purposes according to the provisions of law.
During the land clearance process for the construction of the Tam Thang Expanded Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, the People's Committee of Thang Binh District is responsible for directing relevant units in the district to inspect and supervise the implementation by the construction unit, ensuring that no illegal deforestation occurs.
Chu Lai Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company Limited is responsible for coordinating with the Thang Binh District People's Committee in the process of compensation, land clearance, and procedures for recovering state assets related to salvaged timber within the area of planted forest whose land use purpose has been changed, in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
