Speaking with Tien Phong reporter, a representative of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (Traffic Board - investor) said that the implementation of road fencing on Giai Phong Street to dig an underpass here is the 5th step of the Ring Road 2.5 underpass construction project at the Giai Phong - Kim Dong intersection.
According to the representative of the Traffic Department, because the road to be liberated and the intersection with Kim Dong Street has a lot of traffic, the erection of the fence as above is just a test for the authorities to monitor and evaluate. "This is also to find the most optimal solution to organize traffic appropriately when implementing the hard fence to construct the project," said the representative of the Traffic Department.
