Lucky Invoice Drawing for the third quarter of 2023

Ha Tinh Tax Department has just awarded lucky invoices for the second quarter and held a "Lucky Invoice" prize drawing for the third quarter of 2023 to encourage consumers to get invoices when purchasing goods and using services.

On the afternoon of November 9, Ha Tinh Tax Department organized the award ceremony for the "Lucky Invoice" selection program in the second quarter and the "Lucky Invoice" drawing in the third quarter of 2023.

At the ceremony, Ha Tinh Tax Department awarded the first prize of the "Lucky Invoice" selection program in the second quarter worth 10 million VND to Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Khuyen (TDP 7, Duc Tho town, Duc Tho district).

Along with that, Ha Tinh Tax Department also awarded 3 second prizes, each worth 3 million VND; 5 third prizes, each worth 1.5 million VND; 7 consolation prizes, each worth 500,000 VND to lucky taxpayers.

Along with the awarding of the "Lucky Invoice" for the second quarter, Ha Tinh Tax Department also pressed the button to select the "Lucky Invoice" for the third quarter of 2023. Based on the data of 169,264 electronic invoices with tax authority codes issued from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (including 2,641 invoices with buyers being individuals and business households eligible for random selection), the "Lucky Invoice" software randomly selected 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 7 consolation prizes. The total prize value is up to 30 million VND.

The “Lucky Invoice” program is implemented according to the principle of random selection using the “Lucky Invoice” software on the electronic invoice database system with the code of the General Department of Taxation. Lucky invoices have full information to identify the buyer (Tax code/Citizen ID/ID card/Passport). Lucky invoices do not include: canceled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with the same Tax Code information of the seller and the buyer.

The program's goal is to encourage buyers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services to enhance business revenue management, avoid tax losses; create civilized consumption habits, purchase and sale of goods must have invoices and legal documents, and protect the rights of buyers.
