On the morning of December 4, continuing the 10th Session, chaired by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, the National Assembly discussed in the Hall the Reports summarizing the work of the term. The discussion session was broadcast live on television and radio.

According to the program, the National Assembly will discuss the 2021-2026 term work reports of the President and the Government; the 15th term work reports of the National Assembly; the 15th term work reports of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Nationalities Council, the National Assembly Committees, the State Audit; the 2021-2026 term work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy . Previously, at the opening session of the 10th Session, National Assembly deputies listened to agencies present reports summarizing the term work and on the afternoon of October 21, National Assembly deputies discussed these reports in groups.

In his opening remarks at the discussion session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that, through the summary report of the National Assembly Secretary General, there were 139 comments at the group discussion session. Of these, there were 11 comments on the President's Report; 33 comments on the Government's Report; 59 comments on the Report of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee; and 36 comments on the Report of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy .

Through synthesis, it shows that National Assembly deputies basically agree with the achieved results, analyze and clarify the limitations and causes stated in the 2021 - 2026 term work reports of the agencies; at the same time, recommend and propose many important contents for each agency.

Based on the opinions of the National Assembly deputies, the National Assembly Chairman said that the National Assembly Standing Committee has directed the drafting of a Resolution on the work of the 2021-2026 term of the National Assembly, National Assembly agencies, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy and the State Audit Office (The draft has been sent to the National Assembly deputies on the National Assembly app) .

At today's discussion session, the National Assembly Chairman asked delegates to continue discussing the Reports and giving opinions on the draft Resolution for the 2021-2026 term to have a basis for completing the draft Resolution before submitting it to the National Assembly for approval at the closing session of this session.

Regarding the draft Report on the work of the 15th National Assembly, based on the opinions of National Assembly deputies, the National Assembly Standing Committee will continue to direct the completion of the Report.
