On the morning of December 1st, at the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, representing the Finance Department of Ho Chi Minh City Television, together with People's Artist Kim Cuong, presented a donation of 55 million VND to the Artists' Benevolent Association of the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association.

People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi added that on January 30th, the Ho Chi Minh City Artists' Benevolent Association donated 300 gifts to artists and stage workers at the Artists' Retirement Home. "With this additional money, the Benevolent Association will be able to continue caring for the lives of poor and sick artists. Thank you for the kindness of People's Artist Kim Cuong and the HTV 'One Heart' Fund for accompanying the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association," said People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi.

Artist Kieu Oanh (from the Southern Hương Troupe), retired 30 years ago, used to make a living selling soft drinks from a cart in District 1. However, due to serious illness, she has been out of work for the past two years, and her son works as a motorbike taxi driver to support her. "I held the 10 million dong and couldn't believe my eyes. For me, it's a large sum of money for a meaningful Tet holiday thanks to Ms. Kim Cuong," she said, then burst into tears.
