The Department of Planning and Investment is the focal agency responsible for monitoring, inspecting, guiding and urging agencies, units and investors to implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman in this Document.

District and city Party Committees shall concentrate more and more strongly on leadership to ensure unity, consistency, timeliness and effectiveness in speeding up the construction progress of projects and promoting the disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 in the area. Direct the People's Committees of districts and cities and political and social organizations, relevant agencies and units to carry out site clearance well; mobilize local people to comply with State regulations, agree, support and facilitate site clearance, and hand over to construction units to complete projects on schedule.

Requesting Directors of Departments, branches, sectors, Heads of relevant agencies and units, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities, and investors in construction works to strictly and effectively implement assigned tasks. Take full responsibility before the Provincial People's Committee for the progress and quality of public investment projects and disbursement results in 2024 that their agencies and units monitor and manage.

In the process of implementation, relevant agencies, units and localities must strengthen leadership, direction, inspection, examination and supervision to promptly detect violations and shortcomings (if any) and strictly handle them according to the provisions of law. Absolutely do not allow corruption, negativity, waste and loss of State assets to occur. Timely advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to resolve related issues under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with the provisions of law.
