Review and inspect the operations of the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards after implementing two-level local government.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Quang Hung directed provincial departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently inspect and review the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in Official Dispatch No. 230-CV/VPTU; thereby, organizing an assessment of the activities of the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards in the province (from July 1, 2025).

Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Official Dispatch No. 327-CV/DU dated November 28, 2025 on implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Official Dispatch No. 230-CV/VPTU dated November 26, 2025 on reviewing and inspecting the activities of the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards after the 2-level local government model comes into operation.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Quang Hung gave the following instructions:

Assign provincial departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently inspect and review the existing problems and limitations mentioned in Official Dispatch No. 230-CV/VPTU; thereby, organize an assessment of the activities of the Public Administration Service Centers of communes and wards in the province (from July 1, 2025), have feasible measures to overcome the existing problems and difficulties in the process of performing tasks, make recommendations and proposals (if any); in which, focus on reviewing and clarifying the legal basis and responsibilities of relevant agencies and units and resolutely reduce the number of certificates and documents requiring people to carry out arising procedures that are not included in the set of administrative procedures according to the provisions of law, prolonging the time to resolve the work of people and businesses; report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation results before December 14, 2025.
