Reviewing the production, business and investment development situation of Lao Cai Electricity in the period 2021 - 2025

On October 28, Working Group No. 3 of the Northern Power Corporation had a working session with Lao Cai Power Company to review the implementation of the 5-year production, business and investment development plan (2021 - 2025).

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of Lao Cai Electricity Company reported on the results of production, business and investment development in the past 5 years to the working delegation of the Northern Electricity Corporation.

The report stated that in the period of 2021-2025, Lao Cai Electricity Company faced many difficulties and challenges. With the spirit of solidarity and proactive overcoming of difficulties of all civil servants and employees, the Company quickly stabilized the organization, improved the apparatus, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted production and business activities. The assignment of tasks was carried out clearly, reasonably, and concisely, gradually improving operational efficiency and labor productivity.

In 5 years, the commercial electricity output has grown by an average of 7.38% per year, meeting the load demand for industrial, service, rural, and border highland development. The electricity loss rate has been well controlled, continuously decreasing and lower than the plan assigned by the Corporation. Investment and construction work has been organized systematically, significantly improving the quality of electricity and the reliability of electricity supply...
