During her work, Ms. Van has had many practical and innovative ideas, especially in the field of event organization. For example, at the Year End Party, instead of manual check-in using paper forms which easily caused congestion, she applied QR code scanning technology. Thanks to this, participant information appeared immediately after scanning, enabling quick and accurate control, shortening the time, and more effectively managing over 1,500 guests.

At prize draw events, she continues to innovate by using OBS Studio software combined with VBA Excel programming to randomly select winners. This method ensures fairness and transparency while also allowing for livestreaming, enabling remote participation from employees. The winning results are compiled instantly, prizes are awarded correctly and promptly, creating satisfaction for participants.

Ms. Van shared: “Not only in the event management field, but also in recruitment, my colleagues and I developed a separate website for the human resources department, expanding our candidate search channels. In addition, I focused on building the recruitment brand through social media channels such as Facebook, Zalo OA, and TikTok. To date, these channels have attracted over 1,000 followers, contributing to increased brand awareness, attracting quality candidates, and meeting the company's growing staffing needs.”

Throughout the implementation process, Ms. Van consistently received support from the Board of Directors, the Trade Union, and her colleagues. This support encouraged her to boldly propose and experiment with new approaches. However, innovation also meant facing numerous challenges. Most initiatives were technology-related, requiring significant research time, while support staff was limited, forcing her to handle up to 80% of the workload herself. Furthermore, adopting new methods sometimes encountered opposition, as old habits are often difficult to change.

"However, I chose to persevere, listen to feedback, and continue to improve. For me, each successful initiative not only brings benefits to the business but also serves as proof of the progressive spirit and desire to contribute of young workers," Ms. Van shared.

Through her tireless efforts and creativity, Ms. Van has contributed to innovating event organization methods, improving recruitment efficiency, and affirming the positive role of employees in the process of enterprise innovation and development. She has also inspired many colleagues to boldly innovate and improve the quality and efficiency of their work.
